Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy at Livin' Tees Co. Meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at livinteesco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages/Other issues
Please inspect your order upon arrivaland contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item in your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Need a refund?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return order. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded in full on your original payment method. Please keep in mind, it can take up to a couple days to receive your refund in your account.
Want an exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently received and once the return has been accepted you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.
